Congresswoman McMorris Rogers and I both have been blessed by a child with Down syndrome, and this motivates us to share the good news that they are precious additions to our families and the nation.
I will be watchig the Down Syndrome Caucus with great interest; I have asked my Congressman Tim Bishop (D, NY)to join.
